About Knowledge

This is a section to discuss experience and share it through words. References may not be helpful so shape your thoughts and explain about the words and their definitions according to your wisdom.

Rest and Alertness
Rest is the state of expansion of nervous and muscular tissues. It is more an experience than a reality. In its opposite, state of alertness gives freedom to consciousness to stimulate nervous tissues for a motive to perform certain activities.
Rest = Alertness
Before the discussion of yoga and meditation in various journals, rest and alertness were taken as opposite. Since researchers have been enormously finding facts associated with yoga and other religious scriptures, it was noticed and later, accepted that the two states are not opposite, rather they can coexist in yoga and meditation or other similar practices.
Alertness may not coexist with rest in any other state but the effects of yoga has come out as a challenge from recent decades to find other hidden theories and experiments performed by yogis of ancient era. Hath yoga is a great practice usually performed to purify one's inner soul by removing diseases of physical structure and discomfort of psychic structure to make complete balance of mind-body and soul.

When You Speak...
Open your mouth Ha..Ha..Ha..
When you speak, your vocal cord needs your physical activities, including movement of lips, to be there under the influence of consciousness more than in a normal state to escape the 'self-control'. Though it is noticed that the physical activities may not be required but normally the proportionate involvement of physical organs is seen.

How you speak?
Lips start their movement when the threshold of consciousness reaches beyond the control of 'self', i.e, consciousness continuously provokes physical activities and vocal cord to respond to surrounding situations; and unless the consciousness reaches up to the extent to escape 'self-control', you hardly speak or respond.

How the situations take away 'self-control'?
Surrounding environment stimulates in various ways, e.g,
1. Familiar situations: Includes stimulus you are, or want to be, familiar with, such as at home, at work place, with your friends, or under any known or similar stimulus. In case of similar stimulus, your response may be lenient, delayed or civilized but normally response is noticed.
2. Strange situations: Includes stimulus (a) You want to be familiar with, e.g, situations you find interesting and resembling your nature (b) Include your discussion or involvement that may not necessarily be interesting to you but these stimuli easily provoke your consciousness to escape 'self-control' (c) Your sudden involvement, even you did not know the reason, e.g, in cases of clash or accidental involvement as a third party in a dispute.
There were several factors to be included in these 1., 2. (a), (b) and (c) categories but to make it short and summarized, those were avoided.

Emotions and their Power
Emotions are the skeleton of mind. Whether in grief or in happiness, emotions transform expressions from one form to another. Once initiated, the entire existence merges and flows with emotions. Stimulus may be internal or external but the unconscious mind governs all the factors responsible to project emotions and due to their governance by unconsciousness, its very hard to keep them away. Though the expressions may not be shown which can be possible by preventing them through conscious and determined efforts by changing either the physical location or the thought process but the unconsciousness functions spontaneously, therefore, projects them from its deep bed impacting all the fluids and cells of the body known only to the individual under effect.

Emotion(s) and time period
Emotions are released as a part of necessity and their time period also varies from situations to situations. Further, emotions are the spontaneous reactions to certain environmental stimuli and exceptions are hardly noticed. All living beings, whether of lower level of consciousness or higher, express their inner state of being through emotions and the inner state of being in between the emotional state and the normal state reflects the time period which also depends on some other factors directly or indirectly.

Time Period α Emotional Structure α Patience
(of an 'Emotional State of Being')
α Intensity of Emotion(s) α Stimuli
(may be internal or external)
Moreover, patience supersedes all emotion(s) and therefore, Intensity of emotion(s) is inversely proportional to patience.

Emotions and Human Beings
Emotions are not taken as exceptional features of a living being, in fact, as to notice the difference in situations, these are a practical channel. Living beings of lower level of consciousness live spontaneously which means they have to show their expressions whenever required, e.g, to fight with a competitor. However, it has been a challenge to human beings to control or lower down the effect of emotions specially in the situations where they may not be necessary. Control over emotions is an important part of behavior and expression statistics.

How harmful is to stop emotions?
As studied earlier, in the state of equilibrium of a living being,
Activities of physical structure = Thought process of psychic structure
It states that if expressions are once emerged from the deep bed of unconsciousness, they are ready to be exposed to the surrounding environment against the stimuli. However, if in case, the channel of emotions to come out is stopped may be due to the 'raised requirement' of civility, all the spontaneous changes inside the body fluids and the soft tissues will be altered and eventually hamper the spontaneous biological pathway. It does not show the immediate impact but the long term interference with the outcome of emotions may permanently reduce the immunity and the most adverse effect can be noticed in the increase in depression.

Breath
'Breath' as an Anti-Aging Exercise
Inhalation.......pause.......Exhalation.......pause.......Inhalation.......
This is a continuous mechanism to ionize the solutions, e.g, blood, CSF, cellular fluids, etc. The pause in between inhalation and exhalation is very minute (in milliseconds) and can only be known in cases of deep breathing exercises.
In case of inhalation, pause helps lungs to take up maximum potential of air and provides time to distribute it as evenly as possible throughout the body by blood and lymphatic circulation. It is required to ionize all the fluids in the body up to maximum level. As the time of pause increases, ability to take up maximum potential of air increases which in turn increases the ionization of all the fluids and reduces the effect of toxins inside the body. Increase in the time of pause lowers down the effect of Aging. Similarly, in case of exhalation, pause ensures sufficient time to cells to complete all the reactions by the time of next cycle (inhalation) and also helps in the relaxation of tissues of nervous system. Strenuous deep breathing exercises are not recommended due to their rapid effect. If performed under expert's guidance, deep breathing exercises may show drastic change in the body and the most advantageous feature is the 'tone' to skin which can be noticed within a week.

'Breath' as everything
The metaphysical mechanism of breathing is unknown and goes on continuously in both the 'state of being', i.e, consciousness as well unconsciousness. Unless the (mis)happenings or life threatening incidences affect its feel, life entirely depends on breath. Every single second is there only if the breath does not cease. The moment it happens, everything is gone. All the reactions and responses cease; and the very alchemy of the potential of breath remains unknown. When there is time, one involves oneself in fulfilling desires and wishes, and when the ultimate pain of realizing the importance of life quavers the 'being' on the death bed, the time is 'no more'. It is the mystery for someone to know the deepest laws of nature most of which are associated with breath.

'Breath' as the closest advocate
High significance of breath is in its devotion. Everyone ignores but it follows and keep us living. Individuality has been promised in many situations but the breath did not pull its support back from us. Existence has gone through ups and downs several times but the breath 'did' hold the potential to survive. Some situations were there everyone felt helplessness but the breath (even there) did not opt for a distance. Friends, and people close to us, (sometimes) turned their back on but the breath did not choose to leave us unnoticed. 'Someone' lives for 'someone' 'Someone' dies for 'someone' but the breath stays there and did not leave us perished. Even our thoughts were there to (sometimes) discourage us but the breath 'in true devotion' remains the closest advocate.

ESP (Extra-Sensory Perception)
"ESP is the perception of information with or without the involvement of sensory receptors on or inside the physical structure of a living being." It is associated more with the exceptional cases. The physical body has several potential points or centers of energy distributed evenly throughout the structure. By the sudden stimulus from the environment, any or more than one potential point can get activated to work in an unusual way; the way normal receptors does not function. The possibility to diagnose the cause of ESP is very less due to inability of all the latest diagnostic procedures to provide accuracy in terms of identifying the principles responsible for ESP.

Center(s) of Energy
There are numerous centers of energy in the physical structure and remain inactive throughout the life. These centers of energy or potential points requires either the consciously pursued desire to activate by ancient way of exercising techniques mentioned in some scriptures such as Hath Yoga; or sudden stimulus from the surrounding environment quavering one or more potential points. The steps mentioned in the Hath Yoga are particularly developed in order to use the (very high) potential of mind to quaver the centers of energy and to attain a state where it becomes easier to allow the extra sensory perception to work under a projection. In the latter case, sudden stimulus may quaver one or more points to activate them and function superiorly than the normal way of perception but the origin of the ESP (in this case) is not known to the individual because of the unidentified progression of the stimuli towards the activation of center(s) of energy.

Expectation and Misery
All the efforts are made to fulfill a motive whether possible or may be possible. Apart from running towards the destination, the consciousness also works on the expectations which are always set, amended or eliminated with time. When the expectations are set, they take energy from the immaterialistic world and the materialistic world (as well) in inexperienced overenthusiastic people to make excess efforts along with there set target to meet up to the level of expectations and usually these people diverge from their real time motive. image source:beautifulnightmare92.blogspot.com
Expectations function passively and encourage people to take exceptional wishes into consideration, which are usually not approved by the destiny, along with fulfilling the motives. Its because of these expectations, emotional disturbance and mind-body dys-harmony takes place.

Expectation
"It is a passively induced thought in response to the work(s) in process or performed (in the past)." It may also be considered as "Passive weed(s) of the real time motive." Expectations emerge with time and also disappear with time leaving a minute mark in the stored memory as a displeased hope.
Demerit of expectations
1. Energy is utilized by the expectations from unE.
2. eE is always impacted whether the expectations are met or not.
3. Mind-body dys-harmony or health disorders are reported in people living with expectations. It has been observed- More are the expectations increased is the consciousness and lesser is the peace.

Misery
"It is the dys-harmonized state of the mind-body induced by circumstances." Misery is a sudden and a long term change in the integrity of mind-body because the consequence of circumstances are always stored in the memory. Unless the memory is washed away, it stays and come out with any thought or incident parallel or similar to the situations that were responsible for the dys-harmony. [See: Home Page, Hypothesis I].

Time
"Time is the imaginary ongoing phenomenon experienced by consciousness." Structure of the mind of living units is made to accept and adheres to the changes that happens with time and are stored in the memory. The origination of the concept of time has not been recorded in the history, however, the time has been divided and accepted (globally) in three classes and are entirely based on the 'acceptance to changes' of the mind. image source:kathrynbrimblecombeart.blogspot.com

Past
"The imaginary section of time when the incidents happened, and in present, are reflected by the physical changes on the objects." Unless the physical changes on any of the object(s) in this universe is recorded and substantiated scientifically, the incident(s) happened is not considered.
Present
"The imaginary section of time where objects are unexceptionally allowed to perform physically."In this section of time, the texture of the object(s) is recorded or experienced.
Future
"The imaginary section of time where consequence(s) of happening(s) of present are traced" and are later acknowledged when occurs in present at least up to certain extent. The estimated map of future hardly makes the symmetry with present and therefore, it is believed as-the time which is uncertain.

The definition of time varies from slight to moderate among all the philosophers as this is the phenomenon experienced differently by the structure of mind which is irregular, unstable and unique (in everyone).

Death
Death is easier to understand and define as compared to life. Severe accidents, diseased conditions, aging and several other common or 'not so common' factors are there to cause death. It is, therefore, not difficult to analyze the reason behind someone's loss of life. As we go deeper by choosing the techniques (for postmortem analysis) to find the major cause, it becomes more clear to know what exactly happened before the person died.

Definition
"It is the loss of potential of elements of the body to stay integrated with mind." Mind is highly energetic and unstable; and its potential unstability when stay integrated with elements of the body helps in mobility and functions of the (physical) structure to work in accordance to the needs produced by the spontaneous requirements of a living being in different states and also at different stages of life. The elements of the body takes the subsequent features of mind when developed in proportion to suffice the spontaneous requirements adequately. For example, puberty starts at the age of 11 to 13 years when elements of the body suffice the requirement raised by nature and consequently, (physical) structure becomes able to shape the 'urge of sexual desires' and to show prominence (gradually) with increase in age. Similarly, at the age of 70 or 80 years, physical structure becomes unable to hold the energy and unstability of mind which was there at the young age when elements of the body were completely potent to take most of the features of mind.

Incidence of Death
Loss of potential of elements to stay integrated with highly energetic and unstable mind causes detachment (of mind) which results in death of an identified living entity. Severe accidents, loss of blood, severe disorders, etc. are the known causes of death. Age factor is also very common. These incidents break or weaken the potential of elements of the body which initiates the disintegration process. It may be gradual, however, if, by treatment or surgery (in accidental cases) or by any other means, the potential will not be regained, the detachment of mind would eventually take place causing the disintegration of mind-body known as death. In some exceptional cases, there may not be any injury reported and not even the age factor cannot be held responsible, a known living identity may die. The most effective evaluation gives a picture of possibility of an incident which may have caused the sudden hyper-functioning of mind beyond the threshold of the potential of elements of the body caused by any factor known only to the individual died.

Death and Suicide
When someone tries to think to die, but cannot because of spontaneity which urges the desire to live, is more a thinker and observer of situations than others. The variations in life may be similar to others but the perception towards them is so deep that it requires at least the equivalent force to divert the self-extinguishing thoughts and the equivalent force cannot come from its own, leading to the moments of self analysis as a weaker and unfortunate individual provoking the irritation towards the never ending 'limited to one's own' struggle in life, the struggle of conscious mind (where expectations and wishes exist) and unfortunate moments opposing one's own expected way of survival. Continuous irritation leads the way of suicide - enforced unwilling extinction of one's own identity, unless a (miraculous) situation modifies the structure of mind to start compromising in an efficient way or to search other options of stress free living by choosing exercises enhancing the potential of elements of the body to eradicate the history and project the constructive thoughts to prevent the recurrence of deep and destructive perceptions even in the situations where other people compromise with little efforts and then, follow their own way of living.

Death and Misery
'Death is certain'. It has been undisputed that a living being once born will have to live to a defined interval between two deaths that varies from species to species. Life is only the existence of physical structure of body integrated with mind to a certain interval depending on the potential of the physical structure to hold or stay integrated with mind. The fact cannot be ignored, however, death is the greatest misery whether heard of a closed one or thinking about one's own. No one wishes to think consciously towards one's own extinction may be due to its life dissolved completely in fulfilling the desires of luxurious life and never gets time to think about it or may be due to unwillingness to consider it the practice of which becomes the tradition. Death is the ultimate truth of life but yet stay away from all the conceptions stored in mind possibly due to the clouds of desires that requires eagerness to fulfill them. More dense are the clouds of desires lesser is the awakening towards oneself. Unless the situations reveals the secret, it (death) will remain as a forgettable concern. The misery is not the death itself, it is where one does not wish to remember the moments where everything acquired will leave (at the end).

Life and Death
Body is composed of elements taken from the universe and the potential of integrity with mind decides the existence of life whether would be supported by the structure of body or not. Mind has enough power and vibrates continuously even in the state of unconsciousness when the thoughts (squeezed information) are released which appear and agreed as dreams. This highly unstable and flexible nature of mind makes its' integrity very challenging with the elements of the body which often breaks in the severe cases of accidents or with aging where the elements of the body are not enough capable to hold the mind and stay integrated with it. image source:waynestocks.com

"Life is the potential of elements of the body to hold or stay integrated with mind." The level of potential varies at different stages of life and numerous cases. When the composition of elements (of the body) reaches up to the potential to possess and keep mind integrated, it is called as a living being where life is seen and reverse is the case when mind is unable to stay in with the elements of the body because of their loss of potential to hold it, initiates detachment of mind leading to disintegration (of mind-body) which is normally called as death. It may be due to several reasons, e.g, aging, diseased conditions, accidents, minor or major ailments that eventually end up with spontaneous detachment of mind losing the integrity with the elements of the body. It is also seen in minor and unexpected cases where the mind-body gets disintegrated and no injuries or disorders were diagnosed. This is reported in exceptional cases and occurs when the progressive or sudden hyper-functioning of mind exceeds the potential of the elements to hold and keep integrity with it (mind).

Origin of Life
"Theory of evolution" is the successor of the theory "Origin of Life". There are other theories available to describe how life originated and how the evolution took place to the present day. Criticism is also a part of these long going discussions.
Criticism explains, origin of life cannot be estimated as is approximately given in the books such as 500 million years ago or may be near to the expected date. The dates are recorded with the modern techniques which are not reported as 'completely reliable'; though more reliable than traditional methods of estimating dates. Every latest technique discovered in all the fields suppresses the markings made by the previous methods and so is the case with the estimation of the dates. It has been repeatedly noticed with all the techniques ever discovered till the modern era and this shows the inaccuracy or at least 'not so perfect' technique which gives criticism a little space in the discussions and later criticism becomes more notable than the original concept.

How life originated?
There are various elements in the universe. They are composed of simple to highly complex structural arrangements of atoms or molecules. According to the most approved hypotheses, Carbon (C), Nitrogen (N), Hydrogen (H) are the most essential atoms required to form chemistry of a substance (structure) to which highly flexible and unstable (due to high energy) mind can be integrated. Integration of mind is required to necessitate the continuation of all the processes to support life. The basic requirement of the structure is to maintain the integrity (with mind) and develop in accordance to the basic structure of mind. For example, sperm enters into ovum and (there) the cells start multiplying; and are distributed in a pre-organized way which is why the baby will have the similar basic structure, e.g, a face with two eyes, two ears and other features resembling the ancestral characters. If simple or complex arrangements of uncountable atoms or molecules forming a structure that can make a symmetry to be at least at the level to integrate with mind and perceive and respond to surrounding environment can support life.
Origin of life cannot be estimated with the techniques useful for measuring dates for other incidents happened in the past. Wherever (in the universe) the requirement of the basic features would be fulfilled, life will evolve and so had it been originating and evolving since the eras which are still far away to be recorded from the latest techniques.

Arrangement of several atoms and molecules to form a Structure compatible to be integrated with Mind can support the life to exist. These atoms and molecules may not necessarily be C, N, H, as mentioned in the proposed hypothesis but may be any elements with which life can exist even if it would be in a completely different form not noticed ever. This life supporting structure (mind-body) may not take oxygen as reported in cases of aerobic organisms because there might be any other element or no element required by the creatures on other planets.
These elements might not be recorded on the Earth and scientists are not familiar to them because they have never visited all those planets and have not looked at other dimensions where life could be there in an way not identified by us but it does not indicate that life is existing only at the planet Earth by believing the concept of life supporting features expected to be only on this planet (The Earth). There are uncountable stars like the Sun and possibility is more they could have their planet arrangement as of our solar system and if it may be different, the form of life would be different but the possibility of life cannot be denied.

Different Forms of Life
Life is not a substance and consequently, the belief system cannot be hypothesized that life may have been existed only on the planet Earth because of its unique life supporting features. As mentioned above, wherever the requirement of substances to support life will be fulfilled, the existence of life would be there. At different locations on the Earth, the form of life varies and somewhere markedly variable. In the ocean, numerous species are still to be discovered and classified to be placed in their appropriate categories. Variations are seen within the species due to geographical, climate, pressure and other factors including unnoticed. This parallels the expectation of highly variable form of life on other planets in this universe. The highly developed creatures on other planets would have also been estimating what the scientists are believing here that the life supporting features are there only on the Earth (till now).
What the developed creatures on other planets of the universe would be thinking about the creatures of other planets elsewhere including the Earth does hardly matters because the life can exist anywhere and in any form. The difference in the concepts due to the difference in the intellects of different creatures is only the reflection of differently composed and distributed elements in the body.

Vibrations
"Invisible presence, irreversibly exerted by objects." It is the most unstable property of an object to demonstrate. The object can be visible or invisible and can be defined or predicted by the various criteria of the science, however, Unconscious - The Real Life defines the presence of the object mainly be the release of the vibrations that is variably uncommon and differently composed and exerted. The measurement of the vibrations is very hard as this is the only physical property of objects which cannot be measured by the modern techniques. However, the properties of vibrations might help to develop a technique in future. image source:soundofdevotion.com

Types of Vibrations
General Classification
This is based on the resultant effect (of the vibrations) produced on the vibrations of the object under effect and consequently, on the object. Vibrations of the living units depends on their structure of the mind and in this case, the property can be changed.
1. Positive: Constructive vibrations where the end result is in favor of the object under effect.
2. Negative: Destructive vibrations where the end result is not in favor of the object under effect.
3. Similar: Resultant vibrations released by one object resembles with another, reflecting the similarity and results in false prediction. Most of the non-living units of similar size and chemistry exhibit this property. However, it is also commonly seen in twins (in living units).
4. Unique: Resultant vibrations do not resemble with any object in this universe. It is more or less a presumptive property as the objects in this universe are infinite and the possibility of resemblance of the vibrations becomes more considerable.

Natural Classification
1. Uniform (invariable), e.g, rocks and mountains.
2. Vacillating (disproportionate), e.g, moving objects.
3. Longer or high length, e.g, heavenly bodies.
4. Shorter or low length, e.g, a piece of paper.
5. High intensity, e.g, specific stones used in astrology.
6. Low intensity, e.g, inert objects.
7. Single, e.g, pure metals.
8. Composed, e.g, all objects of different configuration.

Proportionality
Resultant vibration(s) is proportional to the:
1. Configuration: The firm exhibited arrangement of the atoms signifying the existing physical structure (of the object).
2. Itinerant: It signifies the change of physical location of the object.
3. Modifiability: It is the change of configuration of the object. It may be due to internal (natural) or external forces.
4. Outer surface: The outermost layer of the object.
5. External factors: All the factors present outside the physical configuration of the object. These are numerous and are understood mostly as a presumption except in the cases where the known factors plays the most important role in affecting vibrations exerted by the object.

Significance of Vibrations
Vibrations are element specific, i.e, they are released differently by different elements and their composition. Knowing the features of vibrations and using high stability of mind to convert them from one form to another can help change shape, size and look, e.g, by following the steps given at 'Home' page to increase concentration and eliminating interfering factors one can get the ability to hold the movement of mind and make it a medium to drive energy to change the vibrations of or for the chosen object by enforcing them into the projected configuration. It is a very hard practice and needs enough patience to go through the exercises to achieve hold over mind. Most of the ancient followers and believers who performed the act of changing their or others' configuration are now in books as imaginary characters.

Ego and Self
In psychology, 'Ego' is presumed as one of the three parts of psychic apparatus defined by Sigmund Freud's structural model. It is also defined by various religions across the world where slight differences also occur in their conceptions. Hinduism and Buddhism have least differences in defining various psychological terms such as self, ego, soul, etc. image source:ilike.org.uk

Definition of Ego (Dvaita and Dvaita philosophy; and Advaita)
"It is the pseudo-identity of a living being to represent (itself)." According to religious scriptures, it is the characteristic of living beings with higher level of consciousness that includes humans. Reflection of ego with 'name' is commonly observed in all living beings; that is how they recognize and represent themselves. Ego is also considered as 'identity over identity', e.g, name to a person where name is the secondary identity used by, or for, the person (primary identity or 'self') to represent. It (ego) exists in the state of consciousness.

Ego (Ahamkara) and Self (Jeevatma)
Though ego is generally accepted as a synonym of self, however, the difference is shown in most of the philosopher's observations. Self is defined as "spontaneous identity" which is the characteristic of all living beings and as it is a part of existence of an entity, representation is not a characteristic (of self). Self is the pure eternal state of a living being, i.e, exists in consciousness as well unconsciousness and subsists with sense organs to feel and respond to situations (consciously or unconsciously).

Ego and consciousness
Higher level of consciousness is seen in humans and (exceptionally) up to certain extent in some animals, e.g, elephants. Humans are the only entities where ego is observed apparently and up to variable extent in the state of consciousness dividing them further into egoistic, egotistic, egomaniac, etc. 'Spontaneous identity to represent' disappears in all living beings when ego merges with self in the state of unconsciousness and is not recovered until consciousness; though in cases of humans it may occasionally appear in dreams but that is spontaneous and not a part of will (or determination).

Circumstances
Several religious scriptures are devoted to describe various unknown theories and facts in general, specific and logical aspects, the precise scientific descriptions of which are not available. Circumstances are also defined and explored by these recorded scriptures to comprehend the cause or origin of their appearance (or emergence), including the consequences. Bhagavad Gita is the most acceptable philosophical texts available in the history of mankind which defines circumstances as a universal phenomenon; and it is the tendency of (only) human mind to delineate as favorable or unfavorable else circumstances reflect the continuous changes in the elements of the universe. image source:what-buddha-said.net

Definition
General (Veda)
"Physical appearances which provoke 'the object under effect' to react or respond". It is the unexceptional universal phenomenon of the existence to drive the nature. For living units, circumstances are also said to be the consequences of the deeds in general. It is a continuous process and leads to the fact-Circustances affect elements and elements affect circumstances.

Specific (Puranas)
"Circumstances are the delineated consequential effect of 'the time-element-energy". It may also be defined as the time-element-energy phenomenon and leads to the fact- Elements emerge from circumstances and circustances emerge from elements. Moreover, according to puranas, delineation of circumstances is not possible as it is the ongoing phenomenon, however, the conscientiousness at certain incidents induced human mind to delineate in the way they are perceived which is further stored in the memory.

Logical (Bhagavad Gita)
"Organized ceaseless spontaneous 'irreversible and interminable' universal phenomenon affecting, involving and applicable to all the elements in the universe". According to the scripture, circumstances follow observable fact modify-appear-disappear. Further, circumstances drive elements and elements drive circumstances and therefore, the role of mind is insignificant to define or demarcate favorable and unfavorable (circumstances).

Materialization of circumstances needs three factors:
Time: what to appear and when to appear and for how long.......
Element: how many elements from the universe would be involved? (More the elements involved higher the effect) [See Vibrations]
Energy: To make circumstances move.......
[Discussed in details at 'Home' Hypothesis I]
These three factors are the fundamental requirements for the circumstances to become apparent and provide the effect in the universe that may be major or minor depending on the quantitative involvement of the elements with energy, and the duration of the time.

Classification
Circumstances may be Spontaneous (self-driven or natural) or Contrived (unnatural) where planned situations are made may be for experimental or for any other reason (e.g, politics). Contrived or 'unnatural circumstances' are more or less similar to 'situations' unless the impact is at the universe level which is almost impossible. Further, circumstances emerge in an organized way at the level of the universe and most of the commotions in the universe are unknown, which gives the reason of its difficulty to acknowledge uncountable incidents.

Dreams
Dreams have not yet been perfectly identified and explained in history of science though the possible definition has been included as "succession of images, sounds or emotions that pass through mind during sleep" in psychology and its related topics (Oneirology is the scientific study of dreams and their purpose). Religion also considers dreams as a part of life and gives importance to their appearance relating them to a particular incident(s) that may have happened in the past or would (possibly) occur in future. They are considered as a sign of illness or wellness in Ayurveda.

Definition (Upanishad)
"Dreams are the unorganized succession of thoughts passing through mind in the absence of consciousness" and the process is known as dreaming. It is a continuous and spontaneous process which occurs as and when ego merges with self and consequently, consciousness fails to interfere with the process of dreaming, e.g, a story goes on spontaneously in a non-systematic or unusual way where one perceives oneself with pseudo-organs and/or images not related to its real life. Undetermined succession merging numerous images and taking random information forms a dream which continues uninterruptedly like a story and would have not been possible when awakened because the ego and consciousness works as per information, expectations and conceptions (or pre-conceptions) set in mind.

Dreams and their meaning (Mandukya Upanishad)
Though random, dreams are proportional to the stored information and concepts gathered from knowledge and facts (or fiction) obtained through sensory organs which in turn is proportional to circumstances affecting the individual directly or indirectly. Dreams follow the concept of 'more firm more prominent', i.e, they appear somewhat parallel to beliefs and traditions along with the information which is resiliently believed by the individual stored as a preference over other information and facts. Unconsciousness responds proportionally to spontaneity and this forms the basis of identifying dreams and their purpose of appearance.

There are various dream dictionaries recorded in history; and modern science also favors the concept of dreams and their purpose as believed in various religions. Dreams appear spontaneously and their absolute conclusion has been a big challenge ever in the history of mankind though some religious textsspecially of Egypt, China and India firmly believes the spontaneity as an indication of circumstances that might have happened in life of an individual or would occur in future. The conclusion of dreams may not be true to be certain but is believed up to variable extent in various religions across the world.

Mind-Body Equilibrium
"The change in the structure of mind-and-body is proportional and reversible."
Atoms in the tissues are continuously impelled to take part in the reactions (within the body) organized and pre-organized in mind which (consequently) change the composition of tissues and their 'distribution and arrangement' to maintain the (mind-body) equilibrium. It is a reversible process, i.e, the structure of mind is changed accordingly when the structure of body is changed by the atoms/molecules taken in the form of food that initiates the reactions in the body according to their chemical structure. It is a long term gradual process where the changes occur at (insignificant) minute levels that are usually not noticed. image source:anvari.org

Other cases are seen in the incidents where the (physical) body is disadvantaged which is normally reported in the severe cases of accidents where the structure of mind is remarkably changed and can easily be seen (excluding exceptional cases) with their expressions and emotional behavior. However, this is more or less a derived adaptation where the proportional change is seen only in the cases of animals and is never seen in humans because of the (conscious) memory [animals keep memory in unconscious mind which is effective only in the similar situations] and relative responses; and always depends on self-adaptability.

Numerous 'short-lived' thoughts and emotions emerge without affecting notably the gross (physical) body. The changes are reported at the level of chemistry where the release of hormones, enzymes produce effect temporarily during the active emotional period but the significant effect (normally) does not reach up to the eminent soft tissue changes which is marked only in the cases of consciously and permanently pursued thought(s) or emotion(s) leading to the long term gradual and continuous modification of the tissues to change significantly and effectively in proportion to the change in structure of mind to maintain mind-body equilibrium.

How to stay healthy and beautiful?
With the above post it may be concluded:
1. Follow nature, i.e, animals with no-intellect live unconsciously (or spontaneously) and they stay healthy and beautiful unless their routine is disturbed manually or by crucial circumstances.
2. Sense organs must not be used to harm because whatever is passed through them is stored in us and provides impact (constructive or destructive).
3. Being vegetarian is the best practice. Vegetables are highly suitable for body and if depends entirely may show a reflection of balanced mind-body. Agitative substances are least in green vegetables and contains good quantity of nutrients.

Therapy
Allopathy is the treatment of physical symptoms and has not been proved effective in the psychological disorders.
Ayurveda is the therapy for healing physical ailments and the psychological improvements are also reported in the long term treatments.
Yoga and Pranayama is the holistic approach to heal the ailments of mind-body.
Hypnotherapy is the treatment by hypnosis. This practice is performed by hypnotherapists.

Role of Genetics
Genetics and other branches of modern medical science correlate the structure of body with the inherited gene (chromosomal) expressions. On the basis of this theory, geneticists regulate the expressions of all the genes and consequently modify the structure of body according to the (experimental) requirement irrespective of the structure of mind which is not identified accurately in the branches of modern medical science and is (still) presumptive in psychology. Success has been recorded with the experiments performed where physical structure was in accordance to the expectations, however, the irregularities have also been reported with experimentally prepared or modified physical structures due to non-symmetry with mind but they are always kept in dark to avoid response from intellectuals of the world for 'defective productivity'.

Holistic approach
The role of structure of mind is primary over structure of body which is the most gross appearance of mind. The philosophy explains the importance of mind and its technicalities to know the dissection and functions (of mind) significantly. The possibilities are enormous to explore the supreme features of mind to use the energy (by mind) to heal the physical ailments which also includes physical disadvantage where one or more physical organs are not able to perform appropriately because the proportional part of the structure of mind is also defective and the most part of the mind functions unconsciously (the unit is not aware of) which gives the reason of its difficulty to accept the possibility of holistic healing without surgical involvement. However, how to make the structure of mind stable and knowing its technicalities and supreme features to use energy in more targeted and directional way for the treatment of disorders (including incurable disorders in modern medical science) to make absolute balance in mind-body-society is still under research.

Consciousness and Spontaneity
Conscious is accepted as a synonym for alert (or aware). The world appears real when conscious and sense organs are the mediators for consciousness to identify the activities and changes in surroundings. Sense organs also governs mind and its functions along with the stored conceptions and pre-conceptions. These conceptions and pre-conceptions are not memory but are followed as a tradition by the communities or a group of people and it depends on various factors like age group, geographical distribution and others. Memory is the non-systematic information pool gathered from knowledge and facts obtained through sensory organs. This mechanism helps to act or respond spontaneously in cases of living beings with lower level consciousness such as animals and often differently in living beings with higher level of consciousness such as humans.

Unconscious - The Real Life follows the principle of spontaneity at every moment regardless of response generated and concluded by consciousness specially in humans. Shri Krishna says to Arjuna in Bhagavad Gita that 'perform your duties spontaneously' (Karmayoga). Spontaneity stops consciousness to interfere with what best is chosen by nature and its supreme principles. Unconscious follows nature; perhaps this is the reason why animals stay healthier in life and keep their activities parallel to thought process. Statement below is given by the philosopher and is truly accpetable-

More is the consciousness larger is the radius of ego lesser is the spontaneity and worse is the life (full of dissatisfaction).

Kumbhaka and Anti-Aging
Yoga and pranayama are the most accepted holistic exercises for (possible) absolute health as explained by biopsychosocial model. Pranayama is the breathing exercise highly recommended for various physiological and psychological disorders. Kumbhaka forms the basis of deepest breathing exercises (Pranayama) required to regulate the activities of mind and increase the concentration. This helps stabilizing the mind and lowering metabolism.

Definition (Yoga and Yoga sutras)
"Voluntary cessation of breath." It has been given higher importance than other yogic exercises for cessation of mind and to attain samadhi in various yoga scriptures.

Types of Kumbhaka
Antar Kumbhaka: It is ceasing of breath when the inhalation (or Poorak) is complete and the lungs are filled up with air. In this kumbhaka, inhalation is recommended to be slightly forceful to take more air than normal and ceasing it as per one's ability.
Bahya Kumbhak: It is ceasing of breath when the exhalation (or Rechak) is complete. It is also recommended to exhale more than normal and then cease it as per one's ability.
Sahit Kumbhak: It is the kumbhaka performed with inhalation or exhalation.
Kevali Kumbhak: Inhalation or exhalation is not required or not focussed in exercising Kevali Kumbhaka. It is the extreme stage of Kumbhaka which is attained only by continuous long term pranayama and kumbhak exercises.

Importance of Kumbhaka
Respiration includes inhalation and exhalation. In between these two processes there is a very minute gap or pause (normally in miniseconds) which is usually not noticed and it recurs, i.e, inhalation-pause-exhalation-pause-inhalation.... and it continues. The maximum gap or pause is observed in the state of rest. Kumbhak enforces to increase the pause by ceasing the breath routinely and continuously by various types of pranayama and kumbhaka exercises. It is being observed that more is the time spent for pranayama (and kumbhaka) increased is the concentration and better is the control over mind.
Various ancient yogis (expert in yoga and pranayama) noticed the importance of respiration and its correlation with activities of mind and vital forces. They observed at the extreme stage of Kumbhaka (Kevali Kumbhaka), respiration ceases and metabolic activities stop unless reverted voluntarily. The data observed was not recorded scientifically, however, many followers believe and consider it as of utmost importance to attain samadhi (the state of Anti-Aging).

Kumbhaka and Immortality
Aging is proportional to respiratory rate (excluding exceptions), e.g,
[These figures may vary due to geographical, communal and other distribution factors, e.g, species]

Mouse: Respiratory rate = 60-230/min and Life span = 1.5-3.0 years [1]
Rabbit: Respiratory rate = 30-60/min and Life span = 5.0-6.0 years [2]
Monkey: Respiratory rate = 30-50/min and Life span = 20–30 years [3]
Human: Respiratory rate = 12-16/min and Life span = 70–80 years
Whales: Respiratory rate = 3-5/min [4] and Life span = more than 100 years

Though the level of consciousness varies from species to species, it is seen highest in humans where conscious mind can provoke to perform activities and exercises as per wishes and this voluntary performance is not up to such an extent in any other species and consequently all other species cannot cease their breath as and when desired (voluntarily). Some species (e.g, whales) can take enormous air and cease it for a long time but that is spontaneous requirement and involuntary; and it is the necessity for them to survive this way.

Practicing kumbhaka for a long time increases endurance of physiological as well as psychological structure of an individual. Continuous and long term practicing increases the hold or control on breath up to an extent where it reaches to its extreme stage (Kevali Kumbhak) and the respiration is ceased permanently unless desired to get into normal state. Aging is proportional to metabolism which in turn is proportional to respiratory rate. Metabolism lowers down as the respiratory rate decreases and this helps prevent aging or at least lowers down the process. It has not been recorded scientifically whether kevali kumbhaka can increase age (or can make immortality a fact) by lowering down the basic reactions which support life, however, various yoga sutras and religious scriptures define samadhi and immortality (anti-aging) an approachable dreams for determined individuals.
